you have done the 30 min parts for as long as I can remember lets see if and hour will work.

It depends; what has better quality the larger or smaller or are they generally the same and also how much longer will the larger files take to upload?

There would be no quality difference and although it would take longer to upload each file there would be less editing time and less parts in total so generally the only difference is in the lengh of each part and the file size of them.
